Dear Beloved Brothers and Sisters,

Sat Nam.  Please join us for the Siblings of Destiny Meeting on September 26 - 29, 2012 in Espanola, New Mexico. This is our sixth meeting as Siblings of Destiny!  These meetings have continued the important function of uniting our Sangat and serving as a leadership body during this period of time when the Khalsa Council meetings have been cancelled.  

All members of the Sadh Sangat are invited to attend and participate in shaping the future of our Dharma.  Join with our global Sangat and experience the majesty and victory of our Khalsa spirit as we move forward to serve the future of our Dharma and fulfill our individual and collective destiny.  Please feel free to forward this letter to anyone in your local Sangat who might be interested in attending.

Meeting Location:

The Siblings of Destiny Meeting will be held at the Santa Claran Hotel, in Espanola. A catered lunch is included as well as morning and afternoon snacks.  The address is 464 N. Riverside Drive, Espanola, NM 87532. 

Registration:

We request that those planning to attend register in advance.  We have on-line registration on the Sikh Dharma Worldwide website. We hope to have the majority of registration completed before the meetings start. Please read the Meeting Fee and Airfare Pool information below, which explains our new registration process and fees.

Meeting Fee and Airfare Pool:

In the spirit of collective consciousness, to the extent possible, we are continuing the airfare pool system that was implemented to equalize the expenses for all those attending the meetings, regardless of whether they are flying or live locally in New Mexico.  The airfare costs have been averaged among the members, and everyone pays equally.  This process has been streamlined as follows:

The Meeting Fee portion for all attendees is $300.
The Airfare Pool portion for all attendees is $250.
Therefore, the total cost for all attendees is $550

We have designated 5 price groups based on locations. Based on the average airfare cost from each location, we will subtract an airfare credit from your registration payment, thus eliminating the need for reimbursement. Here are the locations and the payment amounts:

*At this time, we regret not being able to reimburse international attendees more than the $525 airfare credit.  If attendance is unusually high, we may be able to add additional reimbursements on a case by case basis.
